We use Royal Mail 48-hour tracked for our standard UK delivery.
Orders placed before 12 pm GMT will be dispatched the next working day.

International Delivery

How nice of you to drop by our British brand; we're sorry we currently don't offer shipping outside the UK. If we get enough requests for this, we will add an option to bring Rouncey to you wherever you are.

Q&A

How do I track my order?

You can locate your tracking details in the 'Delivery Info' section of your despatch confirmation email, situated just below your item list. By clicking on the provided link, you'll be able to track your parcel's current location.

However, if your delivery exceeds the estimated timeframe, please contact us with your order number. We'll gladly investigate the matter further to ensure a resolution.

My order hasn't arrived what do I do?

Please review your tracking details, accessible via the dispatch confirmation email, to locate your parcel's current whereabouts. Should the delivery exceed the indicated timeframe, kindly contact us with your order number readily available, and we'll gladly investigate the matter further.

What if I'm not in when you deliver my order?

You can refer to your dispatch confirmation email, where you'll find more options within your order tracking via Royal Mail. Otherwise, if unavailable, the courier will leave a card with instructions on the next steps.

How do I change my delivery address?

If you've already placed your order, please contact with your order number to hand, and we'll see what we can do for you. 

Alternatively, if you want to change your address in your online account, please proceed to the 'My account' section and make the changes to your delivery address saved.


Returns & Refunds

With sustainability in mind, we don't include paper return forms in our parcels to reduce our footprint. 

If you need to return a product, please contact us, and we'll promptly email you a returns label.

What's your returns policy?

Returns are free within the UK, and our returns policy is for orders made directly through Rouncey. If you return an item in its original condition within 90-days of receipt, we'll give you back the amount you paid for the item. Your refund will be adjusted if any offer or discount was applied to your order. 

Do you offer exchanges?

We don't offer exchanges, but there's no need to worry. Return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order online.

How long will my refund take to process?

It can take up to 14 days for a returned parcel to reach us, from when you returned it. We will send you an email when we receive and process this return. Any refund processed to a credit or debit card will appear on your statement within 5 working days from the date it was processed.

If you don't hear from us within 14 days of sending your items back, please contact us with your order number and the details about which items you sent back. 

Will I lose my offer/voucher if I return an item?

Your offer will still apply, unless all of your items are returned, or you no longer qualify for the promotion (as outlined in the offer T&Cs). This is the same for any gift vouchers. However, if you used a promotional voucher and all items are returned, this will be deducted from your refund.
